Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of Service Plans

Notice Period: Customers may cancel their subscription to any Service Plan by providing a clear and unequivocal written notice at least twenty-one (21) days before the end of the current billing cycle. This notice period is necessary to ensure the proper reallocation of resources, including dedicated designers and project managers.

No Refunds: Due to the allocation of resources and commencement of work upon subscription, we do not offer refunds once these resources have been assigned and work has started.

Continued Service: After submitting a cancellation notice, our team will continue to provide services until the end of the current billing cycle. The subscription will not be renewed, and no further charges will be incurred after the billing cycle concludes.


Late Cancellation: If a cancellation request is received without the proper 21-day notice period, the billing cycle will renew as planned, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the next billing month.

2. Refund Policy

No Refunds for Completed Work: Given the nature of our services, which involve significant planning, design, and execution time, refunds are not provided for any work that has commenced or been completed during the billing cycle. Once resources are allocated and work begins, we are unable to process any refund requests.

Exceptions: In exceptional cases where a refund is considered, it will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any refund granted will be at the sole discretion of our company. Please note that any approved refunds will only be for services not yet rendered, and fees for work already completed will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Automatic Subscription Renewal

Billing Cycle: All Service Plans are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless a cancellation notice is received at least 21 days before the next billing cycle begins.

Cancellation and Renewal Process: If a cancellation notice is provided within the specified timeframe, your subscription will not renew, and services will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle. If notice is not provided, the subscription will renew, and the cancellation will be processed for the following billing cycle.

4. Termination by Company

Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate any subscription or service agreement at any time with reasonable notice to the Customer. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of non-payment, violation of these terms, or any other substantial breach of our agreement.


Transition Support: Upon termination by either party, we will take reasonable steps to ensure a smooth transition and minimize disruption to the Customer's ongoing projects.
